In Which I am Fascinated by Fear

Another video, another learning experience. This time I'm talking about how fear is created, presented, and then the effects of such fear. Obviously fear is a pretty broad concept, and it is spurred on by many different things, so my focus here was to identify what Bloodborne uses to create this sensation, and particularly as Bloodborne focuses itself on speaking to some of the much more intrinsic qualities of mankind, and how terrifying it can be to simply be us. To be human is, unfortunately, to group ourselves up with some of the most terrible and awful atrocities that have ever been. This is what I was trying to demonstrate within this video, how Bloodborne touches upon this concept. Whether I have succeeded or not, I am not so sure. I do feel better about this video than my previous videos, yet even still it doesn't feel "right". I am still unsure exactly what it is, but I do feel that with every video I am getting closer to what I want to produce. I think my writing needs work, I think I need to stay away from trying to connect everything to some rational human experience, and I think it would serve me well to just focus on the qualities of the pieces that I find fascinating, and there are plenty of reasons to be fascinating beyond simply how we might relate to media. These are my closing thoughts, overall I feel better about this piece, and I look forward to continuing to improve. Here's hoping I can. Either way, thank you for watching/reading and any attention you've given this, and any insight/advice you might have, I hope you enjoyed! Thank you to the shadPS4 community, any and all modders for this game, the countless people who appreciate and care about this game enough to bring it up to modern standards, and, of course, thank you to everyone who worked on this game before and after release, thank you for making one of the best pieces of media that I have been lucky enough to experience.
