Leaving Cert Higher Level Maths 2020 Paper 2 Question 6
This is question 6 from the leaving cert higher level maths 2020 paper 2. It is the second probability question. In part (a) we find the probability of picking a volkswagen car in a carpark. We do this by calculating the the proportion of volkswagen cars in the carpark. In part (b) we find the probability of a number of people passing and failing a driving test using the binomial/Bernoulli. In the final part of the question write several probabilities as a single fraction in a given form.
