Ingredients: Dough: • 115 g of milk • 40 g of sugar • 4 g of instant yeas • 1 medium egg • 250 g of all-purpose flour • 25 g of softened butter Сream cheese filling: • 170 g of cream cheese • 25 g of powdered suga Streusel: • 30 g of softened butter • 65 g of flour • 35 g of brown sugar • a pinch of salt Jam: • 75 grams of frozen strawberries • 25 grams of suga • 1/2 tsp of lemon juice • 1 tsp of cornstarch • 1/2 tsp of cold water Same amount of ingredients for blueberries jam. Tips: 1. Use room-temperature ingredients for the dough. 2. Place the buns on two sheets of baking paper to rise. This way, you won't have to transfer them and risk ruining their shape. 3. You may need a little more flour for the streusel, but don't overdo it. 4. You may need a little more cornstarch for the jam if the berries have given off a lot of water. 5.
