Prepare whole wheat flour, salt, and baking powder by sifting. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 🥛 How to make Buttermilk 1. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (or white vinegar) to 220ml of milk and mix lightly. 2. Leave it for 5 minutes and use it when lumps form. 1. Soften butter at room temperature and then add sugar to make it creamy. 2. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and honey and mix. (Add the eggs one at a time) 3. Add half the amount of buttermilk to the batter. Then add half the amount of dry ingredients. 4. Add the remaining buttermilk and dry ingredients in turn, mix well to combine. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. 6.
