Hi, I'm Ao. My family lives in the Japanese countryside. It is the rainy season in Japan. In this video, we check on our vegetable garden, dig up potatoes with the children, and go fishing by the sea — where the person fishing next to us kindly gave us more than 20 kisu (Japanese whiting)! With 31 fish in total, we make crispy kisu tempura, and turn our harvested potatoes into homemade potato chips and French fries.
