It's unclear how many emotions exist, although some say only five, which can be summarized in the acronym MARTA (Fear, Love, Anger, Sadness, and Joy). But do we allow any of these emotions to take control of our lives? Matti Hemmi tells us how to become the owners, the leaders, of our lives and, thanks to this, find a way to secure our income for the next 20 years. Matti Hemmi (Helsinki, 1965). Born in the land of a thousand lakes and raised in Madrid, he trained as an engineer at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He then crossed over to the "dark side" and expanded his studies with two postgraduate degrees in psychology. This perhaps had something to do with his military service among reindeer in Lapland and with his passion for questioning the established order. After working as an engineer in Spain, England, and the United States, he managed the Spanish subsidiary of a Finnish multinational industrial engineering company for 15 years, where average annual growth exceeded 20%. In 2004, he decided it was time to unleash his passion, and since 2006 he has dedicated himself to it fully. First through the consulting firm inKNOWation, then by writing "Towards a New Paradigm," and shortly after creating the viral video "Dare to Dream?" with over 6 million views, which was followed by the book of the same name (www.DareToDream.com).
