This video is specifically for single curves, such as Levoscoliosis and Dextroscoliosis. Scoliosis is a 3D issue, meaning that when your ribs are sticking out, it isn’t just rotation; there is also side bending (actual curve). I will show you how to pull the ribs forward with top-down exercises. You do it with a resistance band and position your legs and arm according to your curve type (as shown in the video). The goal here is to do pulling or pushing motions with the strap to make the rib move forward. Bear in mind that the movement is focused on your core muscles.
