#265 B&W - BACK | ROWS, LATS, AND LOWER BACK WORK
Just wrapped up another training session this morning, and today was all about the back. started with cable lat pulldowns for 3 sets to failure to get the lats firing. After that moved into back extensions for 3 sets of 20 reps before getting into the main movement of the day with seated straight bar rows. knocked out 5 solid sets of around 8 reps, really focusing on controlled contractions and a full stretch. After the rows, I went into cable pull-throughs for 3 sets to keep the posterior chain working, then finished the back work with 3 sets to failure on cable face pulls. wrapped everything up with 3 sets of leg raises to keep building core strength. #strengthtraining #backday #gymvlog #fitnessjourney #naturalstrengthtraining
