Place the milk and yeast in the Thermomix bowl. Program for 2 minutes at 37°C on speed 2. This will begin activating the yeast. After these 2 minutes, add 85g of strong wheat flour and mix for 15 seconds at speed 6. Remove the dough, shape it into a ball, and place it in a bowl of water. It will be ready when it floats, in about 10 minutes. 2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl along with the initial dough and mix for 3 minutes on the kneading function. After these 3 minutes, leave it in the bowl for 1 hour to double in volume. 3. After this hour, remove the dough from the bowl and shape it into a log. You should get about 12 rolls, each weighing approximately 90-100 grams. Shape them into rounds, smoothing the tops. Cover with a cloth and let them rest for another 45 minutes. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Be careful with your oven, as every oven is different. 5. They would be ready to eat!!
