Let's spend this day together, where I will share my routine and daily household chores. We will prepare delicious stuffed tomatoes and beet salad, which is undoubtedly very useful for the body. You should also not miss the moment and collect young pine cones to prepare a useful medicine and vitamin supplement to support the body in winter. To treat yourself to a delicious dessert for tea, I will bake almond cookies and cook syrup from young pine shoots. In this charming video, we will take you to a cozy village world filled with birds singing, rustling forest, home-cooked food and rustic charm. So pour yourself a cup of tea, settle in and dive into the quirky world of cottagecore and simple, unhurried old house living! ************************************************* 🥨🥨🥨 Almond Cookies Recipe INGREDIENT LIST: • 2 eggs • 230 g sugar (1 cup) • A pinch of salt • 1 tbsp almond extract (or 2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur) • 300-350 g almond flour • 1 tsp baking powder (~5 g) • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional) • Powdered sugar for sprinkling • Whole almonds ~ ± 40 pcs. Total cookies: 35-40 pcs. Bake at 180°C for ~15-17 minutes 🍅🍅🍅 Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe INGREDIENT LIST: • Tomatoes 8 pcs. (large) • Minced meat 600-700 gr. (any) • Onion 1-2 pcs. • Hard cheese • Salt and spices for minced meat to taste • Tomato pulp • Greens (dill, parsley or cilantro) Cut off the "lid" of the tomatoes and clean out the pulp in the middle. Add finely chopped onion, tomato pulp, green if desired, spices to taste to the minced meat. Mix everything well and fill the tomatoes. Put a piece of cheese in the middle of each tomato. Bake in the oven at 180 ℃ for 45-50 minutes. 🌲🌲🌲 Pine cone syrup(no cooking) : 1 kg of pine cones (small, green, not hard). 1 kg of sugar. Clean the cones. Sprinkle with sugar. Close the jars with a lid. The fermentation process will begin in the jar. Leave for 3 - 3.5 months (until the autumn equinox) on the sunny side. Periodically shake the jar to mix the syrup and sugar. During this time, the sugar dissolves, drawing out the healing properties from the cones and you get syrup. Pour into jars through cheesecloth. Store in the refrigerator! Take 1 teaspoon of syrup 2 times a day. Syrup from pine cones without cooking, prepared using juice and sugar, has a number of useful properties. It strengthens the immune system, helps cleanse the body of toxins, and also has expectorant and antibacterial properties. I use any natural remedies, make sure you have no allergies or contraindications. 🌲🍯"Honey" syrup from pine shoots: 0.5 kg of pine buds (shoots), 1 l of water, 1 kg of sugar, juice of one lemon. Pour water over the pine shoots, boil for 30-40 minutes and leave to infuse overnight. Strain the pine broth through a sieve. Add sugar, lemon juice or citric acid and boil until slightly thickened. Seal in sterilized jars and store in a cool place. Pine shoot syrup has many beneficial properties that can be beneficial to health. It is known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties. The syrup also helps relieve coughs, thins mucus and makes breathing easier. Directions for use: The syrup is usually taken by diluting it with water or adding it to tea. The dosage is usually 1 teaspoon of syrup per glass of water, taken 2-3 times a day. Contraindications: The syrup is not recommended for people with diabetes, pregnant and lactating women, and children under 2 years of age. 01:23 Making stuffed tomatoes 05:26 Beetroot salad 08:02 Cucumber salad 10:11 Family lunch 11:45 Cleaning 14:08 Repairing a potholder Yo-yo flowers 16:06 Forest house 19:14 Collecting pine cones and young shoots 24:26 Making almond cookies 31:29 Making pine cone tincture for coughs 38:14 Pine shoot syrup "pine honey" #cookingathome #cottagecore #villagelifestyle
