KC Streetcar Extension Ride / Full Ride Ambience!

The Main Street KC Streetcar extension’s grand opening between Union Station, the Country Club Plaza AKA The Plaza and the UMKC stop was on Friday October 24th 2025. This video was recorded starting at 1:53 PM on Thursday October 30th 2025. The outside temperature was around 53 degrees fahrenheit. *The speed of the streetcar goes noticeably faster on the extension compared to going through downtown. Sitting sideways I felt like I almost had to hold on to the seat handle on the hill past Union Station. This is a full KC Streetcar ride not including the Riverfront extension. The Riverfront extension will be added in the future after the time this video was recorded. Also to request stops on the streetcar you can press the stop button or the door button.
