Holiday Stuffed Chicken Rolls 8 Chicken Thighs 150g Cheese 300g Mushrooms 1 Onion Sunflower Oil Butter For the Marinade: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp dried garlic (or 2-3 cloves of grated fresh garlic) 1 tsp hot paprika (sweet paprika is fine) 1 tsp ground coriander black pepper, salt to taste Rinse the chicken thighs, pat dry, and remove the bones. Lightly beat. Add olive oil, squeeze the garlic, add seasonings, pepper, and salt. Mix everything together and coat the chicken. Let sit for 15 minutes. Chop the onion and mushrooms, fry in a pan, add salt, pepper, and a knob of butter. Grate the cheese and add it to the cooled filling. Place it on the chicken and roll it into rolls. Place on parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 190-200°C (350-400°F) for about 40 minutes. These chicken rolls are delicious both hot and cold. The next day, you can easily cut them into circles and serve as an appetizer.
