The Civil Cassation Court ruling no. 27531 of October 15, 2025, stated that in the presence of discrepancies between the cadastral plans and the actual state of the property, the deed cannot be declared null and void or the execution of the enforcement deed producing the same transfer effects cannot be declared impossible. It also confirmed the textual nature of nullity, citing the current cadastral regulations regarding the obligation to update the cadastral plan in response to discrepancies present on the property. The reference is to Circular 2/2010. HOWEVER: in the video, I recommend updating the cadastral plan anyway to avoid further risks for other aspects.
