Maternal Cardiac Program at NE Georgia Health System | Dr. Bridgette Schulman and Savannah Sanders

Watch the recording of our May 2026 ECHO session focused on improving maternal health outcomes in Georgia through cardiovascular disease risk screening and patient education. Dr Bridgette Schulman, PhD, RNC-OB, CPPS is a nurse with over 22 years of experience in Maternal Health. She is the co-author and recipient of the HRSA Maternal Health Innovation (MHI) grant, named HOPE (Healthy Outcomes and Positive Experiences) for Georgia Moms and currently serves as Clinical Outreach Manager where she works collaboratively with state, clinical, and community partners to execute and implement identified strategies for improving Maternal Health Outcomes across Georgia. Savannah Sanders, MPA, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with Georgia Heart Institute. She specializes in women's heart health through the Women's Heart Center. Among Savannah's interests is screening pregnant and postpartum women for cardiovascular disease risk and ensuring that high-risk patients receive prompt follow-up care from a cardiologist. Savannah completed her professional education through the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. © 2026 Constellation Quality Health
