This is a level 1 low pressure fitness flow. This is a great flow for anyone starting their low pressure fitness journey. This flow will include the basic postures of a level 1 low pressure fitness flow. This is a beginner flow, so there are 2-3 breaths between apneas and transitions are always on exhale.
