A NIB Hoover F38PQ Floor PolisherBuffer - Repair & Testing.

I've had this forever at the back of the understairs cupboard, and it's finally time to get it out and see what it actually is, and how it works! This is a very late, made in Italy Hoover floor buffer, and it's SHINY! It also needs some repair of the adhesive kind so let's get it tested, cleaned up and ready to smash onto Ebay where it is sold and with a new owner. This video has proper Subtitles!
