The owner of the first floor carried out the court's decision personally, driving a bulldozer and simultaneously demolishing the staircase leading to the second floor. As a result, residents are forced to use ladders to access their homes. A family with a small child moved into a rented apartment, another continues to climb out the window, and pensioners don't leave at all. The owner of the first floor did everything he could to prevent people from accessing the upper floors—sometimes with brute force and shouting, sometimes by releasing a large dog into the front garden. By today, people had to find a new way out - they climb through a window next to the remains of the extension.
