Loneliest Person In The Room @Jeffsvibes

I don’t know why I’m making this video, but I just feel like it’s something I need to do. To be honest, this isn’t easy for me. It gets really personal. But maybe someone out there needs to hear this. Have you ever been in a crowded room and still felt like the loneliest person there? Maybe life has made you hard. Maybe you’ve built walls around yourself to protect your heart. Maybe you’ve never really felt like you fit in with certain groups of people—or people in general. Maybe you’ve allowed others to label you, gaslight you, or define who you are. And somewhere along the way, you started believing what they said about you. The truth is, you may not even know when it started. One day you just realize it’s there. For me, one of the most freeing things I’ve ever learned is recognizing those things for what they are and calling them by name. I’ve learned that it’s okay to set boundaries. It’s okay to protect your peace. It’s okay to stop carrying labels that other people placed on you. Setting boundaries doesn’t make you selfish. Sometimes it means you’re finally learning your worth. And when you begin to understand that, something starts to change. The walls don’t have to be your prison anymore. They can become a doorway to healing, growth, and freedom.
