Portugal Adventure 18 months in

It's been 18-months since our little family decided to sell it ALL and move from the Colorado mountains to the quaint north-central region of Portugal. We bought an old yet neglected "quinta" and have been spending the past year and half working towards renovating, rebuilding, re-purposing this villa into it's former self.
