Golpe al narcotráfico en Córdoba secuestran más de 11 kilos de cocaína pura 13 detenidos

In an unprecedented operation, the Anti-Drug Police Force (FPA) of Córdoba dismantled two major criminal organizations dedicated to drug trafficking in the provincial capital. The operations, carried out in less than 24 hours, culminated in the seizure of more than 11.6 kilograms of high-purity cocaine, marking one of the most significant blows to drug trafficking so far this year. The first operation focused on an organization led by a foreign national, where 4 kilograms of the substance were seized. The second, even larger operation took place in the San Roque neighborhood and its surrounding areas, resulting in the discovery of an additional 7.6 kilograms. According to judicial sources, many of those arrested in this latter case belong to the same family group with deep roots in the area. One technical detail that caught the investigators' attention was the presence of the "dolphin stamp" on the drug bricks, a distinctive mark indicating a very high degree of purity and quality. From an economic standpoint, the impact is devastating for organized crime. It is estimated that the value of the seized drugs, added to the cash, the confiscated luxury vehicles, and the potential for distribution into doses, amounts to more than 400 million pesos. The prosecutors involved emphasized that this bust removes approximately 38,000 doses of cocaine from the streets. The provincial Minister of Justice and the FPA authorities stressed that these simultaneous operations were made possible by the recent addition of logistical resources and personnel to the force. This operational expansion allows for multiple raids without the risk of information leaks, maintaining the integrity of the investigations, which in these cases required between four and five months of prior surveillance. Within the framework of the defederalization law, Córdoba continues to strengthen its stance in the fight against street-level drug dealing and intermediary organizations.
