Sous Vide Poached Eggs

Hey everyone, welcome back! In this video, we make our current favourite breakfast poached eggs on English muffins with smashed avocado, feta, pomegranate and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Below is the final recipe we used, what you’ll need, and a couple of pointers. Method is in the video. Enjoy :-) Recipe: For 2 people 5 fresh eggs (4 for eating, one spare) English muffins A little butter 1 avocado About half a pack of good quality Greek Feta 1 Pomegranate Balsamic Glaze You will need: Your choice of Sous Vide machine Large Zip-Lock bag Ramekins (optional) Small sieve/strainer Songs:
