Description / Application: REL - 01/03 - The REL - 01/03 level controller is a device that can control both the emptying and filling of reservoirs, simply by connecting a jumper to its terminals (J1 and J2) to select between these two types of operation. Operates with various types of electrodes, detects liquids of different conductivities, and has a front adjustment to adapt to the resistivity of the liquids used. Application: They are used in the control of submersible pump activation or in the level control of tanks and reservoirs. Operating Modes: REL-01/03 - Level control by electrode in lower/upper reservoir: Before powering on the device, choose the type of reservoir to be controlled through terminals "J1" and "J2". Without a jumper between these terminals, the relay will function as an automatic emptying control. With a jumper between "J1" and "J2", the relay will function as an automatic filling control. Install the upper, lower, and reference electrodes respectively to terminals E1, E2, and ER of the REL. The reference electrode must always be positioned below the other electrodes. In metallic reservoirs, it is possible to use the reservoir wall as a reference electrode. To do this, simply connect it to terminal ER. If the lower electrode is reversed with the upper electrode during installation, they will be corrected automatically. In automatic emptying control, the output contact will be activated (C - 11 and NA - 14 closed) only when both electrodes, E1 and E2, are covered by liquid, and will be deactivated again (C - 11 and NA - 14 open) only when both electrodes, E1 and E2, are uncovered by liquid. In automatic filling control, the output contact (C - 11 and NA - 14) will be activated only when both electrodes, E1 and E2, are uncovered by liquid, and will be deactivated again only when both electrodes, E1 and E2, are covered by liquid. If only the lower electrode is submerged by liquid, when the relay is switched on, the output contact will be switched on to fill the upper reservoir. #embaixadordecomandosengehall
