I cooked tofu & radish stew today—and wow, it’s such a perfect rice-stealer dish! 🍚✨ My mom gave me some bamboo shoots and told me they taste really good in doenjang stew, so I tried making bamboo shoot doenjang stew too. The texture was so nice and the flavor was amazing. Have you ever tried bamboo shoot doenjang stew? 😆 For dessert, I had soft yellow peaches that are in season now. They were so tender and sweet that I just wanted to keep eating them~ but I had to stop myself because I’m worried about gaining weight 😭🍑 I also visited Grilled Fish Restaurant, a restaurant in Sejong. Their charcoal-grilled fish and fresh conch mulhoe (cold raw conch in spicy broth) were absolutely delicious. And recently, Yena asked me to take her to IKEA after going there with her dad for a meal. It was actually my first time visiting IKEA! To be honest, the food wasn’t really to my taste 😂 Do you have any menu recommendations at IKEA? Please let me know! While looking around the showroom, my house started to feel so plain and my kitchen looked so shabby compared to theirs ㅠㅠ I can cook, but I have zero sense of interior design… sigh… I really want to do some home styling, but I’m hopeless with that stuff 😅 Seeing the showrooms made me want to completely remodel my kitchen and living room.
