If you follow my channel, you realize I cannot make friends with several major UK airport facilities. The concept is simply terrible - waiting zones that depress you. Seats with no phone charging (and anyway not many seats) even in a renovated terminal?? In the check in hall ZERO seats and NO gastronomy?? Who comes up with such concept.. You hate your passengers???? It is a shame that even a renovated facility is bad like that. I love to travel. I love to fly. itsnever2faraway!
