I did it — I finally held back 😊 No small detail brushes this time, just bold paddle brush strokes and lots of black negative space. I really wanted to challenge myself to keep it minimalist and let the movement of the strokes do the work. The flowing motion of the paddle brushes lends itself beautifully to this way of painting. Elegant in its simplicity — as long as the colors and composition are balanced, it doesn’t need much extra embellishment. The black background makes it even more refined and graceful. This is fluid art in a more controlled, modern abstract approach — focusing on negative space, contrast, and confident brush movement rather than details. I’m happy.
