VIOLATION! CN 2865 at Sparrow Lake, Ontario

There was blunder at Capreol and the crew member name were associated with the wrong trains. The crew of CN 112 ahead of them were swapped out in Washago despite them having two hours remaining of their 12 hour window. The crew of CN 314 were likely going to run out of time before Brechin were RTC instructed them to take their train and tie it down. The crew after giving rest notice three times and spending hours in sidings were protesting the fact that they would have to violate federal law.
