Momma’s new favorite recipe! 😱 Mexican Green Spaghetti (Espagueti Verde)!

(Recipe sent by Nyomi) Directions: Blacken 4-5 poblano peppers, sweat them for 10mins in a bag then remove the skin by scraping and remove the seeds. Boil water for your spaghetti. Don't forget to salt it! While your noodles cook... In a food processor, blend: 1 bunch of cilantro The poblano peppers Some minced garlic 1 onion 3/4cup sour cream 1 8oz blpck of cream cheese 1 cup of milk 2tbsp chicken bouillon 1tsp salt 1-2 serranos (optional. Will be spicy!) Once the noodles are ready, strain them. Melt 1 stick of butter in the pot and add the green sauce and some grilled chicken. I use tyson brand frozen grilled chicken.
