RECOMEMDED DAILY PORTION SIZE FOR WOMEN AND MEN 💁‍♀️WOMEN Carbohydrates 4-6 Proteins 2-3 Dairy 3 Fruits 2-3 Fats 2-3 Vegetables unlimited 🙋‍♂️MEN Carbohydrates 7-8 Proteins 3 Dairy 3 Fruits 2-3 Fats 2-3 Vegetables unlimited FOOD GROUPS Carbohydrates Fruits rice all fruits whole grain flour ( fresh, dried up ) ( wheat, corn, oats, barley etc. ) avocado, coconut, fresh juice roti, naan fruit +vegetable juice pita bread bread, burger bun potato, arvi sweet potato Vegetables oats, cereal muesli, quinoa all vegetables ( except potato & arvi ) corn flakes corn on the cob corn flour olives popcorn beans sprouts sattu, lotus green beans noodles, pasta lasagna semolina sabodana Fats oil, ghee, butter Proteins peanut butter coconut flour chicken cream meat fat spread mince cheese dressings fish, sea food mayonnaise lentils, chickpeas beans eggs shami kabab soybeans soya chunks Dairy milk, yogurt cheese cottage/cream cheese almond/soya milk ( all low fat ) 🌺🌺 And Yes drink water as much as you can.
