Cheap China 600W 25A 50V Out DC-DC Converter; Full Schematic,Walk-trough,Tips and Test
In Today's Video I take another Cheap China DCDC Converter, fully reverse Engineered it, Explain the Circuit, do a Load Test and give some Tips on what can be Improved. This time it's a 600W 25A 12-75V In and 2.5-50V Out DCDC Converter, I used a very similar Design (only better Designed than the China one :-) ) long before I knew this Converter Module existed on Ali or Ebay. I found this Design Idea of using a TL494, followed by a Half-Bridge Drive IC to accomplish a Synchronous Power Buck, on a Russian SMPS Forum long ago. The Design is from a very well known SMPS Designer in the Russian Community named Vladimir Denisenko (known as "Starichok51"). He is the Author of the Advanced SMPS Transformer design program "ExcellentIT", the one that most of the Russian Makers use to calculate their SMPS Magnetics. The Schematic is Available on Request.
