Yoga for Tight Hips - 12 Min Gentle Yoga Stretches - Yoga with Yana

Hello friends ❤, Welcome to Yoga with Yana! Today I have a gentle 12 min yoga for tight hips for you! Since it's a quick class, we will begin with a quick warm up, and get right into our stretches to relieve tension from the hips and lower back. If you need to modify any pose throughout the practice, please go ahead and do so using whatever props you have (blocks, bolsters, pillows or blankets). I invite you to attune to your breath during this class, as it will help you get into each pose with more ease. It is important to listen to your body and not over-stretch in order to avoid injuries. Please go only as far as you can, and make sure you aren't feeling any pain. Many of these poses will feel intense if you have tight hips and a tight lower back, so just do your best and focus on your breath. The more you practice this, the more your body will be open and flexible. On this note, I would recommend practicing the poses in this class on a regular basis.
