In this video, we'll be making a mezzanine-style shelf, as expected, with doors on half-overlay hinges and a door opening mechanism. We'll also try a new decorative technique, which helps better bind the glued blanks together. We'll make a custom jig for quick, angled cuts. We'll test several brands of new wax for finishing wood. We'll use new fasteners for wall mounting. And most importantly, all the shelf elements are made of natural wood, no sawdust whatsoever.
