This week, episode 500 welcomes journalist, columnist, designer, and manga addict: Sébastien Abdelhamid. Born in the early 80s in Orléans (45), Sébastien Godenu spent his youth in the Rouen suburb of Canteleu (76). A working-class, middle-class town, Sébastien comes from a modest background. Living with an alcoholic mother and stepfather, the latter served a long prison sentence for armed robbery. A shoplifting specialist, Sébastien is not proud of this past, which he now regrets. An average student, this manga enthusiast eventually joined his biological father in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, where he was seriously ill. Alongside this, he converted to Islam at the age of 17. Forced to work to support his family, he continued his studies remotely. Between his years as a delivery driver and his job at the Paris City Hall, Sébastien offers us an unvarnished account of his life. Through the various encounters of his new life in Paris, he met Mouloud Achour, who was then the manager of a rap group called La Caution.
