Hallan sin vida a ‘La Chocolatita’ en La Molina: llevan a medicina legal a sospechoso del crimen

Upon his arrest as the prime suspect in the murder of 'La Chocolatita,' Óscar Arias was taken to the forensic medical examiner's office for a full autopsy. It is presumed that Arias concealed the body for more than 12 hours. ORIGINAL NOTE On the night of Thursday, July 23, agents of the Peruvian National Police (PNP) arrived at a house in La Planicie, in the La Molina district, where they found the body of Raiza Martínez, an influencer known as 'La Chocolatita,' who months earlier had been romantically linked to soccer player Pedro Aquino. According to the police report obtained by a Buenos Días Perú news team, Martínez was found bound and gagged with tape. A 60-year-old woman contacted the police to report the discovery. According to her statement, Raiza Martínez was in the house with the woman's son. However, she decided to go to the market and, upon returning home, entered her son's room, where she found "La Chocolatita" without vital signs. SUSPECT ARRESTED IN CRIME Although the circumstances and exact cause of death are still unknown, PNP agents arrested a 36-year-old man who was with Martínez at the residence. According to police information, the man had previously been reported for verbal abuse against his mother. Raiza Martínez had also filed a complaint against him in March for harassment. The detainee remains under investigation while authorities carry out the corresponding procedures to clarify the case and determine responsibility.
