In April 2024 Brian and Lynette Hooker traveled to the Bahamas for a vacation. On April 7th Lynette went into the water near their boat and never came back out. Her husband Brian told authorities she fell overboard. She was 43 years old. She was a mother. She was someone who got on a plane to the Bahamas with her husband for what should have been a vacation. Investigators did not immediately accept his account. The case remains open and active.
