The challenge is not very interesting on the performance aspect this time, and rather dangerous : strong stress on the elbow and shoulder joints. Do not reproduce, especially if you are a beginner. This is only a performance challenge, for the pleasure of challenge myself. It is by no means a sports program or anything that I recommend. The risk / benefit ratio is not interesting: few results, a lot of risk of injury. I'll let you discover all this in the video. What about results? Can we see physical changes in just 30 days (1 month)? The answer is of course yes, if you optimize your training, nutrition and recovery. On the other hand, do you get results by doing just the same exercise for 30 days? This is what we will see in this video, by performing dips, an exercise mainly involving the triceps, shoulders and pectorals.
