Now, a real question: How do you do self-development if you're not the high-energy, 24/7 hustler type? I know! Or at least, I've spent years building my own stack of spiritual and self-development practices that's meant for highly sensitive, low-energy people that still want to prioritize their nervous system health (read: wellness).
