A superb salmon parcel, very quick to make and very tasty. Health: Salmon: Protein source, source of antioxidants Lemon: Invigorating, antiseptic INGREDIENTS: Papillote: Salmon Fillet: 4 pieces of 150g Olive oil; 4 cl Lemon: 2 pieces Thyme: For Memory PREPARATION: 1. Cut rectangles of baking paper. 2. Cut regular lemon slices. 3. Arrange the sheets of baking paper, add a lemon slice on top, then the salmon fillet. 4. Add another lemon slice to the salmon fillet, a few sprigs of thyme, and drizzle with a little olive oil. 5. Tie the parcel with kitchen string. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C. 6.
