WHY I QUIT STARBUCKS

DISCLAIMER;; It sucks that I even have to write this but since this video has gotten way more views than I expected, I figured I should give you guys some backstory. So, I realize that posting this video wasn't the best. Unfortunately, I acted on my feelings and I felt as if this was the best way to get my point across. I had contacted Starbucks HR multiple times, along with going to my DM about what was happening in my store. Although I made multiple tries, Starbucks never did anything to help the situation. It was at the point where I would come home in tears because I was so frustrated that the job I once loved, turned into a job I absolutely loathed. No, this video isn't going to ruin my life. Have you guys heard of the phrase "freedom of speech"? Just because I decided that I needed to speak out about an issue that the OWN COMPANY wasn't doing anything about doesn't mean I screwed up my life. I am now working a great job, doing what I love and what is in my career path. I actually just got promoted. So if you could all stop saying "you ruined your chances of getting any jobs!!" because in reality, it hasn't changed any part of my life. Also, yes I realize this video was horrendously long.
