Toddler Beating Murder Trial — GA v. Kianna Davis — Full Closings

Closing arguments in the case against Kianna Davis finished on Wednesday afternoon. She is accused of beating and killing her 2-year-old, Karter Ambrose, in November 2020. The state claims that the toddler was murdered by the two people who were supposed to care for him and that this was not an accident. The defense claimed that the state needed to prove Davis killed her son beyond a reasonable doubt, but that has not been done in this case. Kiyon Benton, her ex-boyfriend, is also facing charges for the toddler's death.
