Pecados Capitales Cap 1

During his medical checkup, Evaristo Conte de la Serra discovers he has a terminal illness that will give him at most a year to live. Alone and without heirs, Evaristo wonders who will manage his businesses and administer his fortune. He then decides to call his relatives, whom he hasn't seen for forty years, to read his will. Upon their arrival, they are informed of Evaristo's sudden death and the game he has designed to divide his inheritance. The eccentric game consists of living in his house for 12 months, overcoming tests that they will discover as time goes by. Evaristo, however, is not dead. He is present in the house all the time, pretending to be Cándido, the gardener. Evaristo is assisted by his three close collaborators (his employee, his legal representative, and the administrator of his companies), whose mission is to maintain order in the house and Evaristo's secret. The three are the only ones who know his traits, his whims, and his way of life. Evaristo dedicates himself to observing his relatives and thus decides the tests he subjects them to from his hiding place. Full of human characters, with flaws and virtues, the Conte De La Serra family faces the challenge of deciding whether they will compete, fighting against each other, for the fortune of the "late" millionaire or if they will create strong bonds and unite to have a true family like the one they have not had until now. Thus, the characters must live under the same roof and fight for the inheritance, using as weapons what each one represents.
