Laura, una vida extraordinaria Cap 1

One hundred and fifty years ago, when women were abandoned by history, Laura was born, a different and special woman who would make history. She didn't cry at birth, and only two years later, as a harbinger of a difficult life, she shed her first tears upon discovering that her father had been murdered. From that moment on, she would begin a wandering life, separated from her family. From the age of seven, Laura sensed that her life would not be like that of other women. By vocation, she renounced being a wife and mother in the face of criticism from a society that considered any other option for a woman to be madness. But she never cared what others thought; against all odds, she dedicated her life to serving others. At 33, she learned of some Native Americans who had been abandoned by society, and from that moment on, she became obsessed with helping them and letting them know that if men had forgotten them, God hadn't. It was a titanic undertaking in an era where women neither ruled alone nor were missionaries. Along the way, she performed miracles, healed the sick, and drove Presidents of the Republic mad by asking them to help her defend the less fortunate. Harassed by a wing of the Church that considered her disobedient, arrogant, and problematic, she decided in 1930 to seek the Pope in Rome, seeking recognition for her community, but died without receiving it. This series, which will be filmed entirely outdoors, features high production values such as cinematographic optics with f55 cameras and impeccable artwork that recreates the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
