SHOW DETAILS Show: Masala Mornings Date: 9 April 2026 Channel: Masala TV RECIPES FEATURED MASALA FRIED CHOPS Ingredients Mutton chops 750 gm flattened Marinate with 3 tbsp yogurt Chopped onion 3 tbsp Cream 3 tbsp Green chili paste 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped Black pepper 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Chat masala 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp Water to pressure cook Ingredients for Frying Flour mixed with salt and pepper 1 cup Eggs 2 beaten with salt and pepper Bread crumbs as req Oil for deep frying METHOD Marinate chops for 2 hours, cook in pressure cooker till 90% done. Coat each chop in flour, dip in eggs, coat in bread crumbs, then deep fry, serve with fries and chatni. STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE Ingredients for Crumble Flour 1 cup Oats ¾ cup Cinnamon powder ½ tsp Coffee 1 ½ tsp Vanilla essence ½ tsp Caster sugar ½ cup Brown sugar ¼ cup Butter 4 ounce chilled cut into cubes Ingredients for Strawberry Filling Strawberries sliced 3 cups Caster sugar ½ cup + 3 tbsp Lemon jucie 2 tbsp Strawberry essence few drops Corn flour 2 tbsp Vanilla essence ½ tsp Butter 1 tbsp METHOD Put together all the ingredients for filling in a glass baking dish, mix well, keep aside. Put all the ingredients for crumble in a bowl, mix with chilled butter with your finger tips, spread the crumble over strawberry layer, bake on 180 D for 40 mins, till crumble is golden and crisp, serve with ice cream. Achari Lauki Ingredients For Bottle gourd Bottle gourd 500 grams For Filling Pickle masala 3 tbsp Dry mango powder 1 tbsp Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp For Gravy Oil 6 tbsp Onion (finely chopped) 2 pieces Tomatoes (chopped) 3–4 pieces Salt as required Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Sesame and peanut paste 1 tbsp Method Slice the lauki and set aside.In a bowl, add pickle masala, dry mango powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and water. Mix well to form a paste.Apply this paste onto the lauki slices and leave them aside for a while.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated lauki, then remove and set aside.In the same oil, fry the onions until golden.
