Our Tampines Hub (OTH) is Singapore’s very first and largest integrated community and lifestyle hub, opened officially by the Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Lee Hsien Long, son of Singapore founding father Mr Lee Kuan Ye on the 6th of August in 2017. Our Tampines Hub offering a wide range of services and facilities such as badminton courts, table tennis halls, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, children fun pools, gymasium, a 5 storey regional library, community club programmes and facilities, arts programmes and facilities, 24 hour hawker centre where all types of local food are, and many retail shops. With Tampines Bus Interchange and Tampines MRT station, and Tampines Downtown Line nearby, Our Tampines Hub sits in a strategic centralised location that serves as a convenient and accessible hub for the local community. Our Tampines hub provides a big common area for Singaporeans of different backgrounds, races, and all ages. It is a great hangout place for many students to have group activities, as well as a sanctuary for them to study. There's also a crowd of working class professionals during lunch time for the hawker centre, as Tampines Regional Centre with many offices is just opposite. There's a big grocery store named NTUC Fairprice in Basement 1, alongside with many eateries like Qiji, Yoshinoya, Subway, etc. There's also a arcade centre where video games are played, a bowling centre, and there are many preschools and childcare centres in Basement 1. In Basement 2, the carpark is enormous and during lunch time from 12pm to 2pm offers free parking! Beyond, it's HDB standard rate of $1+GST per hour.
