Restoring Pelvic Floor Function

Pelvic Floor part two, as promised. Yesterday we started to untangle the Gordian knot that is pelvic floor dysfunction. Today we’re going to dive into restoring function by improving aspects of the system through upregulation. Rules of engagement: stay away from the holes. Again, this is scratching at surfaces. We want these conversations around pelvic floor dysfunction to come out in the open where they belong. It’s real, it’s not going away by ignoring it, and it’s not helping to stigmatize. If you’re looking for a more in-depth look at pelvic floor health, including actionable steps and exercises for improving yours, check out our TWO online courses: Pelvic Health for Women and Pelvic Health for Men.
