CLUBBELLS // 35 Min FULL BODY 2 Hand Clubbell Workout 40/20 (Beginner Friendly)

For this workout, we have 8 exercises. We are performing each exercise with both grip positions before continuing on to the next move -- So do pullovers with the LEFT hand on top, and then the RIGHT hand on top, then move on to the step back lunge... etc. I find it's a helpful way to gain awareness on weaknesses, wobbles, compensations from each side of the body. It even shows me which exercises seem totally natural on my dominant side, but then feel weird and wonky on the weaker side. Knowledge is power and it helps you build out programming to train away those imbalances! As always, I have several options for myself and will shift the weight based on the exercise and how I'm feeling. I am always training to the weaker side - so if I can't use that 17lb club when my left hand is on top, I'm not going to when my right hand's on top. Listen to your body and move with intention. As soon as your form starts to suffer, shift down in weight. Workout::: 2 rounds of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. 60 second rest between rounds. You're going to switch your grip and do the exercise again before continuing on to the next movement.
