TRAM DELLA VAL BREMBANA, A CHE PUNTO SIAMO?

Teb has hinted that the so-called Brembana Valley tram service will be operational by the end of the summer. However, there are still many doubts. 1) The actual timeline: when will there be an exact date? 2) The missing funds: The Lombardy Region has committed to finding the funds that were suddenly realized were missing. But, as of now, it's unclear whether they will actually arrive, and from where. 3) Some projects have been forgotten: bike paths and parking lots initially deemed essential were later downgraded to "complementary projects" because the funding wasn't enough. Since then, nothing more has been heard. Thus, the T2 project risks being completed with a slight (acceptable) delay, but it still won't be complete. And, consequently, the overall costs will rise significantly. 4) But who will ensure that the project doesn't lose pieces?
