WE FOUND AN OLD CAMERA... THEN TRAVELLED BACK IN TIME

An old camera found on a train transported us straight back to 1943... or so it seemed! In reality, we were visiting the Severn Valley Railway's fantastic 1940s Weekend on 4–5 July. It was our first visit to this wonderful heritage railway, and in this video we station-hop all the way from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth, soaking up the wartime atmosphere, exploring the beautifully preserved stations, and enjoying the sights and sounds of the railway in full 1940s style.
