Many people believe that the spicier the chili peppers, the better. But for me, "aroma is more important than spiciness." This time, I'm sharing my favorite homemade chili and preserved radish sauce recipe. This chili sauce has received rave reviews; all my friends who tried it raved about it! This chili sauce has a rich, layered flavor because I've specially blended a perfect ratio of bird's eye chilies to large chilies. More importantly, I added my secret weapons: preserved mustard greens, preserved radish, and this time, I experimented with cilantro, making the flavor of this chili sauce completely different from what you buy outside!
