Episode 3 of our Manaslu Circuit Trek in Nepal 🇳🇵 Today we cross the highest point of the trek at 5,106 metres, dealing with altitude, freezing temperatures, and one of the toughest days of the journey so far. Midway through the trek I get hit badly with food poisoning and genuinely consider calling emergency helicopter evacuation through my travel insurance.
