Today, my mother and I had a perfect weekend in the very heart of the capital. Our route combined delicious gastronomy, atmospheric walks, and high art. Join us, it will be very interesting and cozy! Our walk began in the center of Kyiv. We passed the legendary location "Kyivska Perepichka" and the majestic TSUM Kyiv, heading for one very popular and delicious place - "Ministry of Chebureks". True, we managed to "get lost in the three pines" a little and at first accidentally went towards the "Kyiv" cinema, although we needed Baseyna Street. But we managed! And it was worth it: we ordered simply huge chebureks, which barely fit on the plate. Mom drank traditional kvass, and I drank refreshing kombucha. What about the prices? Lunch for two at the "Ministry of Chebureks" turned out to be like a trip to McDonald's in terms of cost, but the impressions and satiety were much greater! After a hearty lunch, we hurried to a cultural event, because today we are going to the theater again! The Kyiv National Academic Operetta Theater (Kyiv Operetta) was waiting for us. They were giving a cult Ukrainian classic - the play "In Search of Two Hares". Before the start, we definitely visited the theater buffet and had a glass of prosecco each to get in a special mood. In the video, I show my festive outfit and share my thoughts on ticket prices to theaters in Kyiv. Yes, it's not cheap, but the emotions from the actors' performance are worth every hryvnia! We watched the performance from the balcony — the view is simply incredible! Our Operetta is incredibly beautiful, and the atmosphere itself is mesmerizing.
